I’ve found the shoes I want but can’t select my size.
Unfortunately that means the size is eather unavailable or out of stock. If the size sais on back order that means we will be receiving the sizes again and will update the inventory in the future.

Has my order been sent yet ?

If you placed an order from our website, thank you and we will contact you as soon as we send out your order with the corresponding tracking number.

You’ve sent me the wrong items/size.
We apologize for the inconvenience. If the size was correct but you felt like you need a different size. You can email us at tmnewyork.com and if we have the available size. You can send us back the shoe and we will send the size you need.

Can you give me more information about the shoe?

If you wish to get more information on a specific shoe you can email us at tsakirismallas.com and provide us with the style name and we will contact you.

Can I track my order ?
Yes. We will provide you with a tracking number and a proximate time of arrival. We will send our orders using USPS with a signed confirmation.

I want to return my order.
We are sorry that the shoes you ordered didn't meet your expectations. Please contact us a tsakirismallas@aol.com. For refunds, inquiries must be made within 2 weeks of receiving the goods; Refunds will not be accepted after the two weeks grace period. Send your order to
